I typically don't write a review for a quick airport stay but I have to commend the staff at this hotel. I came in a night early on 1/25/23 to make an early flight the next day due to a snowstorm. The hotel was very busy with stranded travelers but the gentleman at the front desk was so friendly, efficient and calm taking care of a long line of people all by himself. The bartender doing double duty as a waiter in the lounge area was also so welcoming as I needed to order some food before the kitchen closed. It's obvious they are understaffed but these two kept it all moving in a welcoming way for all the stranded travelers. The rooms are basic but clean for a quick stay, but the personnel made the difference.

The lobby was so spacious and appealing with the many windows, green plants and heavy glass doors. The facility smelled very fresh. It had a high class vibe to me. I was allowed to check in several hours early. So, my stay was just wonderful! My room was spacious with sumptuous bedding and towels. There were very handy wall adjustable reading lights. It was relaxing. The front desk woman went above and beyond in helping me with my smart phone. Likewise with staff on other shifts.

Our flight was cancelled until the following day so our stay was not planned. We were able to walk from the airport to the hotel, but a shuttle was offered. Staff and service were exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the inside pool and the restaurant food was good. The lobby was comfortable and inviting, offering free cucumber water and freshly made cookies in the afternoon and hot coffee in the morning.

I was really worried about transportation to the hotel from the airport as it was arriving very late into the night, but when I called for the van, the girl(so sorry I didn't get her name) came right away, very friendly and took all bags. Very late yet she was still cheerful and helpful!

Hilton Garden is perfect for leaving on a flight. Their Shuttle was prompt and willing to take us to the airport as early as 4AM. They had coffee and tea, fruit and helpful staff. We did don’t stay for breakfast as we left too early but the facility has a lot to offer.
